There's merit to your rumor. However to poke some holes:

The Salamanders squad is for the pre-heresy book coming christmas. They're modified tartaros pattern terminators. Kind of like ornate "artificer" versions.

Imperial Guards will have access to all their tanks in plastic with the release of their new codex.

Nobz in Mega Armor and new War Buggies and Traks are getting new models with their new codex also.

Supplements will not be providing new model kits until after all of the 6th edition codexes are up to date. Furthermore, if a new unit is introduced, it will be available to the core codex as well.

Example 1) An update of an old kit that is the center of the supplement:a new khorne berserker kit alongside a World Eater's supplement. This kit, while a targeted release, is still available to any Chaos Player.
Example 2) If it introduces an entirely new unit that has previously never had rules, it would specifically say that it's an XYZ option for the parent dex: A new breed of tyranid, with some cool rules in a Hive Fleet supplement. While it may be a troops choice for the supplement army, it is also a Fast Attack (or something) choice for the parent codex.

The Supplements will often introduce new ways to configure units. Either with different wargear, size of squad, force organization position, dedicated transport options, or cool army rules

Example: Supplement: "Hammer of Dorn," not simply Supplement: "Imperial Fists," this supplement could hark back towards the 4th edition Space Marine Codex. Fluff wise this book would talk about Lysander's specific fleet and methodology. Rules wise it would make Assault Terminators Elites, and Shooting Termiantors Heavy Support, while making you roll once for all terminators to enter from deep strike, and would do so with a reduced scatter. This would create a very specialized force, one that would be illegal normally (up to 6 terminator squads), alongside some unique rules (deep strike at once, reduced scatter), and would probably inspire some new armies to be made centered around it, but it's still not giving Imperial Fist only models that make people feel pigeon holed into a specific codex or colour scheme, etc.

The idea here is that people shouldn't feel like they have to get a supplement. Anything that's in a supplement, they have access to (model wise). No one is left out.

I hope that makes sense, it was a bit of a rant.

P.S. while new khorne berserkers are on the menu to be reviewed, there's no new tyranid supplement unit, or a supplement for "Hammer of Dorn," those were just to illustrate my point.

GRAV WEAPONS:

-Have the Concussive special rule
-Weapons are not Blast weapons.
-Wound the target based on their Armor Save. For example a terminator has a 2+ save so they would be wounded on a die roll of 2+. Against vehicles roll a die, 1-5 does nothing and on a 6 the vehicle is Immobilized and loses a Hull Point.

STATS

Grav Pistol: Range 12" AP:2, Concussive
Grav Rifle: 18" salvo 2/3 AP:2, Concussive
Grav Cannon: 24" salvo 3/5 AP:2 Concussive

Grav Amp: Re-roll failed To-Wound and Armor Penetration rolls for Grav weapons.

Grav-Pistols and Grav-Rifles are available to all units that haves access to Pistol upgrades and Special Weapons, respectively. Grav-Cannons are only available to Devastator Centurions.

via Cheexsta on Warseer
Supplement is out in Australia.

There's a new Daemon Sword, slightly cheaper than the Axe of a Blind Fury. Gives a bonus to initiative. Should've always been in the codex, IMHO.

There's an awesome artefact that allows the bearer to fire an unlimited range large blast that scores D3 automatic penetrating hits to any vehicle it touches, usable once per game. Very expensive, though.

A psyker-only artefact increases the bearer's mastery by 1, though it doesn't allow him to generate another power (boo). Instead, it gives him a Nova power that increases range with more Warp Charge points.

Oh hey, an artefact that gives Eternal Warrior and Adamanitium Will. Nice. Not cheap, though.

Warlord Traits:
1. Black Crusader
2. Rerolls to Chaos Boon table for the Warlord.
3. A one-use Flamer. Woo.
4. Warlord has IWND.
5. Attacks have a chance of causing Instant Death.
6. Friendly units near the Warlord have Stubborn.

Haven't looked at the fluff or CoD or Planetstrike sections yet.

no idea from where
Just had a quick flip through the new artefacts are neat as are warlord traits. Can ally with c:csm and chosen are troops by default. Votlw mandatory and if taking abaddon, one unit of termies can get +1 ws and bs for a price. No new units or characters.

To ja podam trochę :D

Orki - 2 kwartał 2014:
In this mornings rumors we have Ork Weird Boys with powers that get more dangerous the more Orks that surround them, with powers directly from Mork (offensive), and ones from Gork (strategic). There are large new squigoth type creatures, new rules for Mega Armour units, and Orks with FnP.
First we can start with orks what i have heard is that they stay the same with furious charge and mob rules but all orks ( not grots or squigs)
will get FnP 6+ as a race because they are basically tough and it takes a lot to kill and stop an ork.

Most weapons will stay the same except choppas are ap6 but gain ap5 on charge and big choppers will be +2s and ap4 and ap3 on charge.

Nobz stay the same but are getting more characterful upgrades available to them, new kinds or grot assistants such as suicide grots(act alot like bomb squigs but prone to blowing up in unit) and
ammo runts and attack squigs also more weapon options like Big shootas and such.

new nob mega armour unit with teleporting abilities but its teleporting works differently from conventional deepstrike bit more random.
There is a special mek character that can bestow teleportation on D3 units.

special bloodaxe character with rules that can bring back boyz units once they are destroyed, much like an imperial guard special character.

A large multi wound squigoth type creature, not FW, it is ever hungry and uses a hunger points system. if it doesn't fulfill the hunger points in enemy's it will rampage nearest unit friend or
foe in order to eat.

Two new ork psychic lists for weirdboys, Mork more offencive and Gork more strategic. Many powers in the lists get more powerful the more orks are around the weirboy,
although the more powerful they are the more dangerous they are if they are miscast as they will often misdirect or hit the weirdboy and unit.

New ork only fortifications (including an ork rock) and an ork only warlord chart.
NEW HQs
"Grot Boss" Grot with a stateline of a Ork Boy, but higher BS. Equipped with a nice kustom-mega-shoota as an option. Can also get a Buggy or take a Killa-kan as a transport/upgrade

"Da Crew" An HQ unit of even bigger Nobs. They have odd LoS modifications, One Nob must be nominated as "Da Boss", and if Da Boss is killed, one of Da Crew is promoted. This interacts in some new way with "Kill the Warlord" victory conditions, and is effectively an entire "warlord unit".

NEW UNITS
Grot Whirlybird: Rotored transport: Capacity 20 Grots. They get dumped on the battlefield roughly from the Whirlybird taking a mandatory DT test, and cause mayhem if they fall atop another unit.

Grots Buggys: Similar to Nob Bikers, but are buggies with Grots on the back and Orks behind the wheel! Drive-by attacks. Highly likely this will be an "alternate unit" for a buggy combo-unit box.
Rumor is the battle wagon is getting reboxed, and will include the deffrolla sprue. ETA 2013. Price rise expected.

I'm hearing an ork wave with buggies/trax, new battle wagon box (old battlewagon with deffrolla incl), tank bustas/flashgitz plastics, and deffcoptas.
This is in contention for Q2 model wave release.
NEW UNITS
Mek Tank – Sporting a giant Shokk Attack Gun, firing Bomb Squigs. Tank can purchase a KFF.

UNIT UPDATES
Flashgits - Their Snazz guns roll for random range each turn (12+3d6). On a triple 1 they overheat like Gets Hot. The unit may purchase upgrades like +1 BS, +1A, blast, rapid fire, skyfire, ans others, several are mutually exclusive.

Boys - cheaper!

Meks - Look for ability to field an increased number of Deffdreads and Kanns than currently.

Stormboyz - Gain a "Rocket boost" attack that can target flyers. They must move 18” and if they pass a flyer they each get 2 attacks on it as if assaulting a vehicle. Move as infantry during their next turn. Looks like the designers played a lot of THQ's Space Marine!

Buggys / Trakks - May tank shock if they are upgraded with spiked plates/wheels.
